The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of Byron Bay, offering supreme convenience to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable but would benefit from some updates, particularly in the penthouse. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout, though a minor hiccup with my first drink. The dining experience is delightful, especially with the savory pies available. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing stay in Byron Bay.

The hotel is wonderfully located right next to the beach and in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring on foot. The rooms, while a bit old fashioned, are incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, offering a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is great, always friendly and ready to help, which enhances the overall experience. The only downside was the challenge of regulating the room temperature due to a peculiar wall structure. Despite some minor inconveniences, not needing to use a car and being able to walk everywhere added a lot of value to the stay.
